Little & Luxe Online Return & Exchange Policy

We take great care in curating our collections and want you to love your purchase. Please review our online return policy carefully before placing an order.

Online Orders – Shipped

  • All shipped online orders are final sale.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that are shipped.
  • This policy is in place due to limited inventory, small-batch drops, and the inability to guarantee condition once items leave our store.

Online Orders – In-Store Pickup

  • Orders placed online and picked up in store are eligible for exchange only and will follow our in-store return policy, outlined below.

In-Store Exchange Policy (Applies to Online Orders Picked Up In-Store)

  • Items may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
  • Items must be brand new, unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
  • receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Gift purchases may be exchanged within 14 days.

  • Exchanges only — no refunds.
  • No store credit or return to original payment method.
  • Inventory availability for exchanges is not guaranteed.
